Resale tickets for covered events at Audi Field may cost at most the original all-in price plus 10%, plus an exchange fee of up to 10% of that price, from January 1, 2027.

What is the resale price cap for Audi Field tickets?

For covered events at Audi Field, from 1 January 2027 a resale ticket may cost at most the original all-in price plus 10%, plus an exchange fee of up to 10% of the original price (D.C. Code § 28-5506).

Are Audi Field home games covered?

No. Sporting events organized by a professional or intercollegiate team located in DC are outside the law’s definition of “ticket” (§ 28-5501(6)). Concerts and shows at Audi Field are covered.
