8 M.R.S. § 1301 · current law
Maine resale fee cap
Maine does not cap what a resale ticket costs. It caps what the marketplace may charge for the resale: at most 10% of the original ticket’s total price, taxes and fees included.
Example
$80.00 ticket
→ marketplace fee at most $8.00. The resale price itself is not capped by § 1301.
